VCTGA Marketing/Promotional Program to promote “Experience a Real Tree” sales for YOU!
As part of this program, the VCTGA will have exhibits at the State Fair of Virginia and we need some volunteers to help staff the exhibits to promote “Experience a Real Tree” AND you can also promote your trees, retail lots, farm, and/or choose and cut.
Some of you signed up at the annual meeting, but we need additional volunteers.
State Fair of Virginia in the Meadow Pavilion, Doswell, VA September 28 – October 7.
Key times are in the mornings between 10 am (opening) and noon, when school tours will be coming through the exhibit area, and in the afternoon from approximately 4-8 p.m. (exhibit area closes at 9 p.m.)
We will have exhibitor parking passes and entrance passes, or will reimburse you if you have to pay an entrance fee. (with the late startup of this seasons’ fair, it might be difficult to get the passes to you ahead of time.)
There will be 2 shifts per day: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. and 2-6 p.m.
So, PLEASE REPLY with your first, second and third choices of times you could help with either or both events.
